William "Bill" Lee Organ

William Lee Organ died April 5, 2025, at the age of 83. Bill is survived by Shirley (Hann) Organ, his wife of 63 years, daughter Cathy Vance, granddaughter Shelby Nincehelser, brother Terry (Nikki) Scott, sister Reta Davies, brothers- and sisters-in-law, Bernard (Beth) Hann, and Mary Jean (Hann) Colon, and his many nieces, nephews, and treasured friends.

Bill was preceded in death by his beloved daughter Diana Lee (Organ) Belisle, his parents, brother-in-law William Charles Hann, and others whom he loved very much.

Among Bill's many professional accomplishments, his proudest was being elected President of his local union, the United Steelworkers of America Local 3286.

Bill will be missed for many reasons, foremost among them his ability to make others laugh and to feel cared about.

In his last days, Bill and his family drew great comfort from his various hospice caregivers and for the caring and compassionate professionals at Gompf Funeral Service of Cardington.
