Sandra J. Collins, age 81 of Cardington passed away on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at Marion General Hospital. She was born on July 3, 1945, in Wallins Creek, Kentucky to the late John J. and Minnie M. (Blanton) Osborne.
Sandi worked as an office administrator for Morning View in Fulton and later as a Maintenance Supervisor at Worthington Industries, where she remained until her retirement. In her free time, she enjoyed crocheting and lovingly created many quilts and blankets for family and friends over the years. Sandi also loved camping and always looked forward to weekend adventures. Blessed with a beautiful voice, she enjoyed singing and was especially fond of karaoke, sharing her joy of music with those around her.
On March 21, 2003, Sandi married Terry Collins in West Jefferson, Ohio. He survives in Cardington.
In addition to her husband, Sandi is survived by her two children: Betty Jo and Mark; her siblings: Samuel (Holly) Osborne, Kelly Osborne, Janice Jennings, Pat (Art) Kanagy, Teresa (Bill) Hummell and Judy Smith: as well as three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and her first husband James Webb, Sandi was preceded in death by her sister Vela Bingman-Hunter and her brother Johnni Osborne.
In honoring Sandi's wishes, there will be a private graveside service, with Shawn Evans officiating.
