Ronald L. Peak

Ronald L. Peak, age 69, of Wawaka, passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, June 15, 2024. He was born on October 7, 1954, to Robert and Mary (Estes) Peak, Sr. Ronald married Kristi Woodworth on June 28, 1986, in Mt. Gilead, Ohio.  She passed away on June 17, 2023.

Ronald is survived by his children, Anthella (Scott) Ebert of Marion, Ohio, Anthony (Bethany) Peak of Marengo, Ohio, April (James) Chafin of Westerville, Ohio, Ashley Hawks of Wawaka, Indiana; 9 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; brothers, Robert (Sheryl) Peak, Jr. of Cardington, Ohio, Bryan (Melody) Peak of Cardington, Ohio and sister, Linda (Ed) Bonnette of Cardington, Ohio.  He was preceded in death by his parents and wife.

Ronald worked at AmeriGas for 30 years. After retirement Ronald provided transportation to the Amish community. He loved to collect treasures and was an avid sports fan. He always kept busy and enjoyed tinkering around with things at the house. Ronald loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

A graveside service for Ron will be held on Monday, July 22, 2024, from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM in Fulton Cemetery, 136 W. Main Street, Fulton, Ohio 43321 and a Celebration of Life will be held from 12:30- 3:00 PM at the Cardington Community Center, 111 W. 2nd Street, Cardington, Ohio 43315.
