Robert Wray Breece

Robert W. Breece, beloved husband and father, age 78 of Cardington passed away Tuesday June 25, 2024, at Ohio Health Mansfield Hospital. He was born on September 2, 1945, in Marion to the late Robert W. and Betty M. (Haycook) Breece.

Robert was a 1963 graduate of Cardington-Lincoln High School. After graduation Robert served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He had worked as a service representative for General Telephone that was later known as Verizon. He was a member of Cardington Community Methodist Church and a member of the Legion Post # 97.

Robert liked to go to garage and yard sales. He enjoyed going to and supporting all the Cardington-Lincoln sporting events and programs. In his free time he loved to watch the Ohio State Buckeyes.

On April 22, 1980, Robert married Bobbie Jean (Beatty) at the First United Methodist Church, Bobbie survives in Cardington.

In addition to his wife, Robert is survived by his son Kyle Breece.

A memorial service for Robert will take place on Thursday, July 25, 2024, at 11:00 AM at the Cardington Community Methodist Church.
