Richard Warner, age 74 of Marengo, Ohio passed away Sunday, December 8, 2024, at Avita Ontario Hospital. He was born on December 15, 1949, in Leon WV., to the late Carol and Mary (Casto) Warner.
Richard was a self-employed Heavy Equipment Operator. He was one of the top heavy equipment operators in the state of Ohio.
Richard was an avid motorcycle rider. He was fearless and enjoyed life. Richard loved to travel and spend his winters in South Carolina. His love for dogs is why he always had a furry companion by his side. Richard most of all loved his family, he will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Richard is survived by his fiancé Wendy S. Nist of Marengo, his son Joseph (Allison) Warner of South Bloomfield, his grandson Layne as well as his brother Daniel of West Virginia, his sister Glenda of Ohio and his sister Loretta of Oklahoma.
In addition to his parents, Richard was preceded in death by his brother Roger.
A celebration of Richards life will be announced at a later date.
