Michael "Mike" Allen Brokaw

Michael A. Brokaw, beloved husband, father and grandfather age 71 of Cardington passed away Sunday, July 27, 2025, at Morrow County Hospital. He was born on August 12, 1953, in Delaware to the late William G. and Patricia A. (Belt) Brokaw.

Mike was a 1971 graduate of Delaware Hayes. He served his country in the United States Army. He was a machinist and had worked for Ranco and later for Ted Baldwin until his retirement.

Mike enjoyed riding his Honda Shadow. He met the love of his life while dancing the 2-step. Mike was a devoted member of Eastside Mission Church in Delaware, where he found strength in his faith and fellowship in his community.

On May 7, 1994, Mike married Jill C. (Simpson) in Delaware, she survives in Cardington.

In addition to his wife Jill, Mike is survived by his daughter Dawn (Josh) Thorton of Delaware and his grandson Owen Thorton.

In addition to his parents, Mike was preceded in death by his sister Tammy Brokaw.
