Kathy Adams Obituary

Kathy S. Adams, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister, age 69 of Cardington, passed away August 7, 2024, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born on February 13, 1955, to Paul E. and Geraldine (Wilson) Bean.

Kathy was a 1973 graduate of Cardington-Lincoln High School. Kathy dedicated her life to caring for children as an in-home daycare provider. Her nurturing spirit and genuine love, kindness, patience, and compassion is the legacy she leaves behind and that will be forever remembered by those who knew her.

Kathy enjoyed crafting and traveling, she especially loved traveling to Tennessee. She loved watching her grandchildren at their sporting events, she was their biggest fan. Kathy was a very independent women who would support anyone who needed it.

On July 20, 1974, Kathy married Fred Adams in Cardington, and they recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.

Left to cherish Kathy's memory is her loving husband Fred Adams of Cardington; her mother Geraldine "Geri" Bean; her two sons: Allen (Nikki) Adams and Curtis (Jodi) Adams both of Cardington; six grandchildren: Brittany Wolf-Delawder, Alyson Indoe, Taylor Linkous, Baylee Adams, Mikayla Linkous and Jacob Adams; two great-grandchildren: Braelynn Indoe, Charlee Indoe, as well as her sister Margie (Kirk) McIntyre of Caledonia.

Kathy was preceded in death by her father, Paul Bean.
