June Marie (McPeek) Partlow

June M. Partlow, age 62 of Cardington, died Friday, May 21, 2021 at the Morrow County Hospital. She was born on October 13, 1958 in Mt. Gilead to the late Richard D. and Phyllis L. (Garverick) McPeek.

June was a graduate of Mt. Gilead High School and went on to use her skills as a Habilitation Technician for most of her working career. She had a passion for taking care of others and had worked for the Woodside Village for many years.

Being a lady who loved to take pictures, you would always find June with a camera in tow and snapping pictures. June loved spending time with her family as well, especially her grandchildren. She was also a member of the Jenkins Vaughn Post #97 Ladies Auxiliary.

On November 15, 1985 in Cardington, June married Robert E. Partlow Jr. and he survives in Cardington.

Other survivors include 5 children: Frederick (Shannon) Baldwin of Edison, Michael (Shelly) Partlow of Mt. Gilead and Robert, Shawn, and Phillip Partlow all of Virginia; 1 sister, Debbie (Preston) Pitts of Perry, FL, 8 grandchildren and best friend, Sue Brown of Centerburg.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at 2:00 PM at the Glendale Union Cemetery with Pastor TJ McNew officiating.
