Joyce (LeFever) Deland

Joyce Deland, age 82, of Edison left us expectantly Dec. 7, 2019. She was born Sept. 21, 1937 in Bayonne, New Jersey to the late Clyde and Dorothy (Crum) LeFever.

Joyce had worked as a bank teller, hairdresser, and a homemaker. She enjoyed reading, putting puzzles together, camping, and gambling. She loved to “hop in the car and go anywhere.”

Survivors include her two sons; Robert (Pam) Deland of Edison and Richard (Collette) Deland of Brooklyn, N.Y.

In addition to her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by her husband Bruce Deland and brother Kenneth LeFever.

Friends and family may call on Friday Dec. 13, 2019 from 5:00 until the time of the service at 6:30PM. at the Gompf Funeral Home, 440 Center Street, in Cardington.
