Jodi M. Blanton, age 38 of Marion died Saturday, January 1, 2022. She was born on March 21, 1983, in Mount Gilead to Granville and Lisa (Matthews) Blanton.

Jodi was a homemaker. She enjoyed family get togethers and loved to travel. Jodi was very excited about her grandchild that is on the way. Jodi cherished spending time with her kids, this was the most important thing in her life.

Jodi is survived by her mother Lisa, her husband Jeremy Taylor, her children: Shyanne (Mackala) Taylor of Johnsville, Shonda Taylor of Marion, Payton Cunningham of Marion, and Caleb Blanton, one granddaughter Ablle Cunningham on the way, her sister Jamie (Nicholas) Blanton-Smith and her brother Travis (Cassandra) Matthews of Galion.

Jodi was preceded in death by her father Granville Blanton.
