James A. Louderback, age 53 of Marion, died on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at the Grant Medical Center. He was born on June 28, 1967 in Mount Gilead to the late Gary L and Carol S. (Shuster) Louderback.
Jim was a 1985 graduate of the Cardington Lincoln High School. He was employed at Nachurs Alpine Solutions in Marion where he produced fertilizer and ice melt.
Working on cars was a passion for Jim, he enjoyed tinkering on any vehicle but was a Chevy man through and through. He also was a devoted “family man” and loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. Jim had a heart of gold and he never knew a stranger, he would have given anyone the shirt off his back.
Left to cherish Jim’s memory are his five children: Matt Louderback of Marion, Kristan (Brandon) Carver of Caledonia, Michael (Amber) Louderback of Defiance, Michelle Louderback of Marion and Kelly Louderback of Marion; four siblings: Rose (John) Call of Mansfield, Terry (Deb) Louderback, David Louderback and Amy (Bill) Starkey all of Marion and 8 grandchildren: Madison, Brantley, Brooklyne, Colton, Bella, Landon, Jalecia, and D'Mitri.
Friends may call on Saturday, May 8th from 9:30 AM until the start of the service at 10:30 AM at Gompf Funeral Home in Cardington. The burial will follow in the Caledonia Cemetery.
