Homer Spaulding

Homer Spaulding, age 92 of Cardington died Monday, June 27, 2022, at Knox Community Hospital. He was born on December 18, 1929, in Wilsondale, WV to Lealon and Lula (Brewer) Spaulding who preceded him in death.

Homer had worked for Celanese Plastics for 20 years until retirement. Homer enjoyed farming and tinkering with old cars in his spare time.

Homer is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Homer was preceded in death by his siblings Surrilda Raines, Lillian Brewer, Mose Spaulding, William Spaulding, Howard Spaulding, Addison Spaulding, Tavie Harris, Rebecca Dodge, and General Spaulding.

Friends may call on Thursday, June 30, 2022, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at Gompf Funeral Home, 440 Center Street in Cardington. Following calling hours, a graveside service in Fulton Cemetery will be held at 12:00 pm with Reverend Darrel Brewer officiating.
