Heather Turner, age 44, of Cardington died at home Tuesday April 20, 2021 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born January 6, 1977 in Chillicothe to William R. Noel and Emmalee B. (Montgomery) Eagon.
Heather was a 1995 graduate of Delaware Hayes High School who did private day care in her home. She loved Jesus and had strong religious beliefs. She attended Christ the King Community Church where she was the head of the Ladies Guild. She enjoyed the praise and worship music and was the costume designer for the thespians at church. Heather would take on any challenge and was an extraordinary crafter who enjoyed sewing, cooking, and baking.
On June 30, 2001 in Sunbury, Heather married Michael "Mike" Turner and he survives. Additional survivors are her mother, Emmalee Eagon; siblings, Julia (Steven) Heimlich of Waldo, Robert (Denise) Noel of Mt. Vernon, and R.J. (Christy) Eagon of Little Rock, AR.; paternal grandfather, Robert (Joan) Noel of Wilmington; nieces and nephews, Maeson, Keanan, Hannah, Blake, Laura and Cameron.
Heather was preceded in death by her father, William Noel, maternal grandparents, and paternal grandmother.
Friends may call on Friday April 23, 2021 from 11:00AM until the start of the funeral service at 1:00PM at Christ the King Community Church, 15598 McClelland Rd., Fredericktown. Reverend Lucian Baker will officiate at the funeral. The burial will follow in the Glendale Union Cemetery.
