Delia Jane (Campbell) Bunker
Obituary
Delia "Jane" Bunker, age 79 of Mount Gilead passed away Wednesday, August 23, 2023, at Avitia Hospital of Galion. She was born on October 25, 1943, in Paintsville, KY to the late Bascom and Ada (Kimbler) Campbell.
Delia was the owner and operator of Delia's Beauty Shop, she had also owned Lordel Screen-printing with her husband. Delia had also worked at Walmart and Burcliff in Cardington.
Delia enjoyed cooking and gardening in her free time.
On September 18, 1968, Delia married Loren Bunker in Cardington, he survives in Mount Gilead.
In addition to her husband Loren, Delia is survived by her two sons: Jeff Bunker of Mount Gilead and Scott (Kristina) Bunker of Marion; one grandchild: Kady (Tyler) Dispensa and her brother Farrell Campbell of Johnson County, KY.
In addition to her parents, Delia was preceded in death by her son Greg Bunker, her four brothers: Earl, William, Darrell, and Harold and her four sisters: Alice, Beatrice, Wilma, and Roberta.
Friends may call on Monday, August 28, 2023, from 3:00 to 4:00 PM at Gompf Funeral Home, 440 Center Street in Cardington. The funeral service will directly follow at 4:00 PM with Pastor Ed Colegrove officiating.
