David Lee Freeman
Obituary
David L. Freeman, age 93 of Powell passed away Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at his home. He was born on February 28, 1930, in South Bend, IN to the late Ralph and Dorothy V. (Rentfrow) Freeman.
David was a 1949 graduate of Brooklyn High School. He received his bachelors from Baldwin Wallace and later received his law degree from Case Western Reserve. David started as the Associate Counsel at Union Commerce Bank in Cleveland and went on to be Vice President (Senior Counsel) for Huntington Bank.
David liked to read, enjoyed horses, and loved his dogs, especially his golden retrievers.
On September 26, 1959, David married Dolores Jean (Snyder) in Willoughby Ohio, she survives in Powell.
In addition to his wife, David is survived by his son Creighton Freeman of Powell.
A graveside service will be held Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at 2:00 PM in the Glendale Union Cemetery, 105 Glendale Street, Cardington, Ohio 43315. Celebrant LeAnne Gompf will officiate.
