Damian Webb Obituary

Damian Ray Webb, age 29, of Cardington, Ohio passed away unexpectedly Friday August 16, 2024, He was born June 21,1995 in Columbus, Ohio to William R. Webb and Erica R. (Evans) Webb. Damian is survived by his girlfriend Courtney Archer of Ada; their daughter Blakely and (her daughters) Raelynn & Emma; Parents William Webb of Columbus and Erica Webb of Cardington; Siblings: Todd Webb & Darrion (Clint) Estep of Cardington; and Mia & Jeffery Webb of Columbus. Uncle Mike (Nancy) Evans of Columbus, Aunt Jody (Brian) Suing, and niece Harley Webb.

Damian was raised by his grandmother Jill Evans of Marysville, Ohio, growing up alongside his twin sister Darrion Rae and brother William James Todd as well as special cousins, Steven, Sammy J and Kaitlyn. He had a special bond with his Uncle Mike, who he called "Popps".

Damian later moved to Cardington and was raised by his Grandmother Sue Armstrong. It was there that he met his best friend, Tyler and became part of a second family, Tyler (Abriana) & Deklynn Howell of Galion; Jamie, Charity, Kynlee, Kambry and Karsyn Edwards of Cardington; Lynn & Toby Beveridge of Cardington; Nancy Foos of Edison; Derek and Tammy Rehberg of Mansfield; Cole (Cheyenne) Hess of Bucyrus; and Cameron (Ashley) Smith of Galion held a special place in Damian's heart and was his second family. Damian was a 2013 Graduate from Cardington Lincoln High.

In 2022 Damian met the girl his heart was meant to love, Courtney. His love was intense and undeniable. The greatest day of his life was the day his daughter Blakely was born. He couldn't wait to be a dad, and he was determined that he was going to be the best dad to his little girl, and for the last 11 months that he was here on this earth, he did exactly that. Nothing brought more joy to Damian than spending time with his "Happy Girl" Blake.

Damian was full of light. He was built of strength, perseverance and a love so deep that everyone around him felt it. He will be missed for his booming laughter, big smile and cracking jokes on his friends for good fun. He was passionate, caring and could light up any room that he walked into. His laugh was contagious and his sense of humor and quick-witted comments or remarks would erupt a room with laughter. He loved spending time with those close to him. Anything from watching OSU football games, having drinks around the fire, daily facetime calls and his morning phone calls with his best friend. He enjoyed spending early mornings in the gym, and his physical fitness was something he was very proud of, and he made sure everyone knew about it! He loved his snacks but made sure to always check the labels looking for that "trans-fat". He loved to spend way too much money and bought a new outfit for every occasion.

Damian once said, "Life's simple. You make choices and you don't look back." His only focus was on the present and future, rather than dwelling on the past. he was able to continuously grow and evolve. Damian brought so much happiness to so many lives and will be greatly missed by all those who loved him.

Damian was preceded in death and reunited in heaven by his grandmothers Jill Evans and Sue Armstrong, Little Brother Johnny Forman and Abbey Beveridge.
