Clyde "Bill" Willard Beveridge

Clyde "Bill" W. Beveridge Jr., age 75 of Cardington died Thursday, February 17, 2022, at Morrow County Hospital. He was born on July 12, 1946, in Marion to Clyde and Lucille (Rose) Beveridge Sr. who preceded him in death.

Bill was a 1964 graduate of Cardington High School. He worked as a fabricator/welder at McClain formerly Peabody in Galion. Bill enjoyed fishing and hunting. He especially loved spending time with his grandchildren.

On May 28,1995, Bill married Loretta (Summers) in Las Vegas, she survives in Mount Gilead.

In addition to his wife Loretta, Bill is survived by his children: Jeramany (Amy) Beveridge of Grove City, Sherrie (Raymond) Navarro of Dublin, stepchildren: Amy (Justin) McChesney of Mount Gilead and Jonathan Fankhauser of Marion, eight grandchildren, two sisters Lois Schuler of Caledonia, Betty Adkins of Cardington, and brother Bobby (Kathy) Beveridge of Cardington.

Friends may call on Monday, February 21, 2022, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 5:00 to 6:00PM at Gompf Funeral Home, 440 Center Street in Cardington. The funeral service will follow at 6:00 PM with Pastor Ron Ellyson officiating.
