Bonita Gibson Obituary

Bonita E. Gibson, age 57 of Cardington, died Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at Marion General Hospital. She was born on January 3, 1962 to the late Edgar and Linda (Martin) Cowles.

Bonita enjoyed to crotchet and fish. Her favorite times were those spent with her family. She had worked for Yutaka, Walmart and Airways for many years.

On May 2, 1985, Bonita married her loving husband Lee Gibson in Cardington. Lee survives in Cardington.

In addition to her husband, Bonita is survived by three sons; Johnny Baer of Cardington, Jeremy (Jessica Patterson) Baer of Marion and Lee (Kassalee) Gibson of Marion; three siblings; Sharon Hazlip of Indiana, Fred Cowles of Mt. Gilead, and Terry Waterman of Illinois; and 6 grandchildren.
