Beulah E. Beam, age 90 of Cardington passed away Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at her home. She was born on January 28, 1934, in Tunnelton, West Virginia to the late Amy and Dora (Bolyard) Zinn.
Beulah was a 1952 graduate of Tunnelton High School. She had worked as a Machine Operator at Ohio Arundale Plastic, and she was a member of the Local U.A.W. 1802.
Beulah loved to go on drives with her daughter, it was her most cherished time. She enjoyed coloring and reading a good book. Beulah loved animals and she loved playing with the animals that Carol raised.
On July 8, 1952, Beulah married Dallas J. Beam in Cleveland, he preceded her in death on April 23, 1993.
Beulah is survived by her daughter Carol Gallion; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her daughter-in-law Anna Beam of Mount Gilead, son-in-law, Keith Hawkins of Marion and his two sons: Brian and Steve; as well as her sisters Evelyn Westerman and Macel Westerman both of Grafton, WV.
In addition to her parents and husband, Beulah was preceded in death by her daughter Joan Hawkins, her son Michael Beam, her sister Doris Rosier and her son-in-law Alan Gallion.
Friends may call on Monday, November 18, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Gompf Funeral Home, 440 Center Street in Cardington. The funeral service will directly follow at 1:00 PM. Following the service, the burial will take place in Glendale Union Cemetery.
