Amber Starr Hall

Amber S. Hall, age 23 of Cardington passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2022. She was born on August 17, 1998, in Bluefield, WV, to Kenneth Hall and Phyllis (Miller) Blevins.

Amber had worked at Duke & Duchess and Airwaves. She loved being outdoors either by the river or near the mountains. She enjoyed bowling and making people happy. Amber always wanted everyone to be safe especially in the car. She was a devoted and loving mother.

On June 22, 2018, Amber married Timothy James Stuart Hines in Mount Gilead, Ohio, he survives in Cardington.

In addition to her mother Phyllis Blevins of Bluefield, WV., and her husband Timothy Hines of Cardington, Amber is survived by her daughter Isabella Grace Hines, and her siblings: Britni Thorton of VA., April Cole of VA., and Brandon Miller of VA., her grandmother Peggy Harrison, her other mother Elizabeth Wells, In Laws Stacey and Tressa Hines of Cardington, Anthony and Spencer Hines, and several nieces and nephews, aunt and uncles.

Amber was preceded in death by her father Kenneth Hall.
