Agnes "Aggie" Morrison (Munro) Crum

Agnes M. Crum, age 88, formerly of Cardington, Ohio died on Sunday, August 2, 2020 at Promise Pointe in Tampa, FL. She was born on February 20, 1932 in Aliquippa, PA to the late Richard and Elizabeth G. (MacFarlane) Munro.

Agnes worked at Morrow County Hospital for many years, then Woodside and retired from Marion General Hospital.

Aggie loved to cook, garden, can the produce, raise flowers, read and have church and family get-togethers. She was a member of Richland Road Church of Christ and loved God with all her heart.

Agnes married Harley “Bud” D. Crum on August 12, 1950 in West Virginia. He preceded her in death on December 28, 2004. In addition, Agnes was preceded in death by 2 brothers: Richard and George Munro and a son-in-law, Perry Geyer.

Left to cherish her memory are her 5 children: Dana Crum of Tulsa, OK, Cindy (Mark) McCloskey of Tampa, FL, Tom (Marilyn) Crum of Loyal, OK, Kathy Geyer of Galion, OH and Kevin (Kay) Crum of Cardington, 15 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren. her sister-in-law, Vandetta Munro and numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends may call on Monday, August 10, 2020 at Gompf Funeral Home in Cardington from 10:00 AM until the start of the funeral service at 11:00 AM. Pastor Russell Howard will officiate and the burial will take place in the Glendale Union Cemetery. A live stream of Aggie's funeral service will be streamed through "Gompf Funeral Service - Live" on Facebook. We ask those attending in person to please adhere to the Governor's mandate and wear a mask.
