Ricky L. Brake, age 69 of Delaware passed unexpectedly Monday, December 18, 2017 at home. He was born on January 17, 1948 to the late Madison and Mary (Jaccaud) Brake. Ricky was a 1966 graduate of Cardington Lincoln High School. He served two tours in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. Ricky was a simple guy who loved spending time with his family. He was a hard worker and worked many years as a welder. Ricky is survived by his two sons; Eric Brake of Delaware, and Tyson Baer of Mt. Gilead; and two siblings; Jackie Brake of Bucyrus, and Dennis (Penny) Brake of Galion. In addition to his parents, Ricky was preceded in death by a brother Ronnie Jaccaud and a sister Allison Brake.
