Mary Jo Burch, age 72 of Mount Gilead, died Sunday, January 28, 2018 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. She was born on December 7, 1945 to the late Peter and Harriet Rice. Mary Jo had been a cook for 18 years at the truck stop at the intersection 95 & 71. She graduated from Natrona County High School in 1963. Mary Jo loved spending time with her husband, traveling to Wyoming to visit family, playing games on her phone, and watching soap operas. On June 7, 1969, Mary Jo married Henry Burch in Casper, WY, who survives in Mount Gilead. In addition to her husband, Mary Jo is survived by two of her children: William Burch of Mt. Gilead, and Roberta (Dan) Hedges of Cardington; sister, Wyoma Sealy of CA and brother, Peter Rice of Wyoming; 10 Grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Mary Jo was preceded in death by a son, Calvin Burch and a daughter, Tammy Burch.
