Lucille Davis Obituary

Lucille A. Davis, age 95 of Ocala, FL died Sunday, April 29, 2018 at Timberridge Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. She was born on September 3, 1922 in Morrow County, Ohio to the late Charles and Mary (George) Helman. Lucille was a graduate of Mt. Gilead High School in the Class of 1940. She studied accounting at Franklin University. Lucille was a Secretary and worked for Westwater Supply Corp. in Columbus, Ohio for 41 Years. She was a member of Southwest Christian Church, Ocala, FL. On February 7, 1948 Lucille married Edwin Davis who preceded her in death on July 24, 2001. Upon retirement, Lucille and Edwin moved to Cape Coral, Florida where they enjoyed retirement together for 14 years. Lucille is survived by a niece, Diana Jo (John) Borchers of Ashley, Ohio; cousins: Gerald (Judy) Gardner of Ocala, Bill Heacock of Ocala and Margaret George of Cardington; good friends, Ellen, Bob & Jackie, and Patti. There will be a Graveside Service on Saturday, June 23, 2018 at 10:00 am at the Ashley Union Cemetery, 9800 Ashley Road, Ashley, OH 43003.
