Saturday December 27, 2008 12:00 - 1:00PM Randy W. Franks, age 53 of Baker Street, Mount Gilead died Tuesday December, 23 at his home. He was born on July 16, 1955 in Mount Gilead to the late Raymond Eugene and Francis (Brow) Franks.

Randy worked at SRI in the Telecommunications field and was a long time used car salesman. He was a member of the Nelson Campbell VFW Post 8054 and Amvets Post 87. Randy also was an avid Harley-Davidson rider.

On September 16, 1977 Randy married his loving wife the former Rose Trimmer and she survives in Mount Gilead.

Survivors also include two daughters, Keira and Kelly Franks of Mount Gilead; grandchildren, Kaliyah Franks and Kamryn Harris; two brothers, Doug Franks of Galion and Charles Thomas "Tommy" Franks.

Friends may call Saturday December 27, 2008 at Gompf Funeral Home in Cardington from 12:00 to 1:00PM with a memorial service beginning at 1:00PM.

Memorial contributions can be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
